After my parents left, Sami had a few days before she had to go back to Florida and do the nursing student thing. Sooo we got our craft on and gave the animals some much needed attention. Strike that. They get plenty of attention. I suppose you could say we were just doing our chores.
You know those bags/flags that come with your
TOMS purchases? Well, Sami found a few
tutorials online that teach you how to sew them into a wallet. Because what do people do with those things anyway? I can't even tell you where mine is...
Anyway, Sami and I worked together and created one successfully. Having never really sewed before, Sami did an amazing job! I was very impressed. I didn't have a hand in any of the sewing. I was just there for moral support and direction.
Here are some photos:

Pretty sweet, right? We thought so. After the wallet shenanigans, we brought the circus animals to
Lake Johnson to enjoy the sunshine and views.

And because we can't forget about Kittsy, here's one photo of him and Sami.

| Loving on Kittsy. |
I'm looking forward to having Sami move in permanently in May...we have many more adventures in our near future.
